What started as Finn Construction, a small operation built by an Irish immigrant, steadily grew through decades of hard work, grit, and commitment to craftsmanship. With 30+ years of experience across construction, steel fabrication, and structural work, Aidan Finn built a reputation for reliability, honesty, and getting the toughest jobs done right.

By 2021, the demand for our steel expertise had outpaced everything else.  After years of serving general contracting clients, we made the defining decision: We committed all resources, equipment, and talent to steel.

That transition marked the change to Finn Steel Inc, a company focused solely on delivering high-quality steel services to Chicago’s builders, contractors, and commercial projects. What hasn’t changed is our foundation: a hardworking family operation rooted in experience, integrity, and pride in every beam, bolt, and weld.
